What you will do
Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting, business consulting, system upgrades, data/analysis maintenance, user training and collaborationCoordinate efforts with other IT support teams (SAP, Non-SAP, other applications)Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersSet up configuration, implement changes, perform unit/integration testingWork with business users and external partners Assist with work estimation and planning as part of Agile implementation in the team About You
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience supporting financial applications for Upstream processes (such as Energy Components and/or CGI Production Accounting Solution and/or EDI viewer), or experience in Upstream Accounting
