Energy Modelling Specialist (IES VE) 

  London / Hybrid 
  Competitive Salary DOE 

We’re supporting a growing sustainability consultancy looking to hire an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist  with strong hands-on expertise in IES VE  to support commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. 

The Role 
You’ll be responsible for delivering: 
Dynamic thermal modelling (DSM) 
TM52 overheating assessments 
TM54 operational energy modelling 
Non-domestic EPCs & BRUKL reports 
Part L compliance modelling 
BREEAM energy credits support (ENE 01, ENE 04, HEA 01) 
Client-facing technical reporting and design team coordination 

Requirements 
Strong experience using IES VE  (ApacheSim essential) 
Proven delivery of TM52, TM54 & EPC modelling
