Are you a certified 3rd Class Power Engineer ready to lead critical energy operations? In this role, you’ll oversee the safe and efficient performance of our wood-fired furnace, thermal oil heating system, Electrified Filter Bed (EFB) pollution control system, and essential mill infrastructure including fire protection and water treatment systems. Your leadership will ensure we meet production targets while upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and cost control.

We’re looking for an experienced Energy Superintendent to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone an exciting major rebuild and modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press which will makes us the most modern mill in North America.
