Engagement Manager

<p><b>Role Summary</b></p> <p>The Engagement Manager (EM) is a proactive delivery leader responsible for orchestrating Confluent Professional Services projects from kickoff through closure. EMs own PS delivery and the customer experience across a portfolio of concurrent engagements, ensuring projects land on time, within scope, and aligned to the customer's business outcomes.</p> <p> </p> <p>They collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to lead agile delivery, manage risk and escalation, and continuously look for ways to improve how Confluent delivers value.
