Job Description
The Engine Director provides leadership and direction to a team of technical specialists and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on all success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the fleet’s engines as well as for the budget;
- Review, approve, and maintain the Engine Management Program (EMP) with suppliers such as Pratt & Whitney and Rolls‑Royce;
- Review, approve, and maintain the General Electric Workscope Planning Guide in order to maintain the CFM56‑5B engine maintenance program;
- Contribute to the development of departmental procedures and procedures in compliance with the MCM & MPM;
