Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze and report MBB/FBB Network Quality KPI and Service Quality that connected via MBB and FBB network such as MBB/FBB Coverage, MBB/FBB OOKLA Speed Test result, Video Streaming Quality KPIs, Web browsing Quality KPIs, VDO conference KPIs, Voice Quality KPIs, Latency KPIs, etc.Design and define suitable MBB/FBB Network and Service Quality KPIs.Collaborate/Coordinate and follow up tasks with operation team for MBB/FBB KPI improvement as mentioned aboveCo-operate with vendors such as Huawei, ZTE,OOKLA, or other third-party team for data definition, formula,methodologyof crowdsourcing data andmaintainfor KPI calculation, KPIs improvement method or solution.Analyze and Visualize data related to MBB/FBB KPI for supporting operation team.Join indata analytic projects asKPIData analyst.Do the specialprojectas requestedsuch as Latencymonitoring...
