The Electrical Simulation Engineer is responsible for product package electrical simulation.
Candidates with semiconductor packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position.
Responsibilities- Conduct electrical simulations for SiPi and high-speed digital area at component and system levels.
- Conduct simulations on RF, EMI and EMC at component and system levels.
- Provide technical input and recommendations to support product design and process optimization.
- Provide electrical inputs for mechanical simulation, including thermal and stress analysis.
- Prepare simulation reports, including data analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
