The Engineer – Finishing – Site is responsible for the supervision, execution, and quality assurance of all finishing works at the site including interior and exterior finishes such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, and cladding. The role ensures that finishing activities are completed on time, within quality standards, and in accordance with approved architectural drawings and specifications. The incumbent supports project delivery through detailed planning, contractor coordination, and monitoring site progress for all finishing-related works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execute and supervise day-to-day finishing works including tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and façade finishes.
Review and interpret architectural and finishing drawings; ensure execution aligns with specifications and design intent.
