Summary You will serve as a ENGINEER in the FLEET WARFIGHTING READINESS AND OPERATIONS DIVISION within the TEST AND EVALUATION DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-12 and GS-13. Responsibilities You will serve as the Hawaii Project Lead for Underwater Tracking Range Equipment and Special Projects. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, implementation, tracking, executing, and delegating. You will apply knowledge and experience in engineering theory, design, analysis and testing as it applies to research and development, in-service and operations within the Navy.
