PROCESS ENGINEER I IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Ensure implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide the Global Process Owner with necessary information for the creation of the Process Design Guideline to ensure global standardization of processes.
- Ensure the standardization of equipment and processes in the manufacturing plants in Mexico.
- Provide the necessary information to the global process owner for the standardization of equipment globally.
- Optimize headcount, production floor and production output.
- Support standardize maintenance tasks for tooling and operating equipment.
- Develop and/or update master PFMEAs.
- Develop FMEAs as needed.
- Plan and implement reverse PFMEA and execute recommended actions.
- Apply continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN) to processes. <...
