The Media Industrial Engineering (IE) team is responsible for factory capacity and capital planning to support Recording Media Operations (RMO) in JBS and Woodlands. As part of Seagate’s worldwide operations planning team, we play a critical role in ensuring optimal production efficiency, resource allocation, and strategic growth.
About the role - you will:

Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Manager, this role will:
Lead AI transformation initiatives to revolutionize IE capacity and capital planning through automation, optimization algorithms, and advanced visualization tools.

Partner with process and equipment owners to ensure capacity planning assumptions are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining a robust and dynamic capacity model.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational targets and business objectives.
