4.Periodic inspections of equipment

5.Construction power distribution and maintenance

6.Comprehensive understanding of EHS compliances related to equipment operations and maintenance.

7.In depth knowledge of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance, trouble shooting

8. Monitoring of equipments maintenance schedule and estimation of repair estimate.

9.Familiar with construction industry processes and practices.

10. Understanding of basis electrical installation network and maintenance of enabling services.
