The Recording Media Operations (RMO) – MDW (Multi Disks Writer) Engineering team develops and supports test and software solutions that enable media and product qualification across yield, quality, and reliability metrics.
The team supports new media and product introductions, MDW process development, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities to ensure stable mass production ramps.
We maintain and support machine firmware, desktop applications, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), and monitoring tools that are used in factory operations and engineering analysis.
About the role - you will:
Support MDW process setup, tuning, and qualification for new media and product introductions.

Execute tasks during launch media and new product builds in accordance with defined procedures.

Perform yield, reliability, and quality data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and process risks.
