The Senior NOC Engineer will be responsible for managing coordinating and monitoring all No Objection Certificate (NOC) processes related to infrastructure and utility projects. The role ensures timely submission tracking and approval of NOC applications from relevant authorities and third parties while maintaining compliance with RTA DM DEWA Etisalat DU and other stakeholders requirements. The position involves close coordination with design supervision and contractor teams to resolve utility conflicts interface issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Manage and coordinate all NOC applications with authorities and utility agencies including RTA DM DEWA Etisalat DU Civil Defense and others as required.
• Review NOC drawings applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
• Track and follow up on the status of all NOC submissions maintaining a detailed register of applications comments and approvals.
