Engineer - Production

The Production Engineer–Joinery is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing joinery production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. The role ensures timely project delivery, effective manpower utilization, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling – prepare and monitor daily/weekly production plans.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines; coordinate manpower and machine allocation.
• Drawing & Technical Review – review shop drawings and cutting lists before production.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for clarifications, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
