JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Engineer, Production Norms to play a key role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across shipbuilding production activities. In this role, you will design, analyze, and refine production norms that support planning, fabrication, painting, and build module operations. You'll work independently with general guidance, applying engineering expertise, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset within a complex shipbuilding environment.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys bridging theory and practice, working closely with planning and production teams, and using data‑driven insights to improve industrial performance.
