Job Description: Assist Operations Manager oversee the performance of Service teams within the IBC contract.
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) within the premises including planning preventive and corrective maintenance works, monitor and ensure maintenance works are carried out accordingly.
Monitor and track all maintenance/ad hoc works and their progress status.
Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.
Maintain accurate records, prepare monthly reports and prepare Annual/Monthly Maintenances Scheduled for the assigned properties.
Provide situation/ status update to the Operations Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
Manage A&A works, including feasibility studies, project coordination, contractor supervision, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
