Job Description
PURPOSE Enterprise Field Operation Team plays a key role in supporting StarHub enterprise services and are responsible in link testing, installation, testing and maintaining equipments such as routers, switches, convertors and Telecommunication equipments for the enterprise services, The team is seeking enterprise professional with Telco experience to support StarHub Enterprise Customers as well Corporate users based in Singapore.
MAJOR DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Installation & Commissioning: To support field activities both on-site & off-site, such as configuration & installation, equipment management, also submission of site access requests, assignment of orders to engineers or vendors. Liase with stakeholders (PM, AM, Teir3, vendors etc ) to support link testing & activation and ensure end-to-end connectivity. Configure routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP, static routes) on routers as per network design. Conduct acceptance tests: RFC2544, BER tests, OTDR tests...
