OverviewWe are seeking a hands‐on and results‐oriented engineer to support stamping operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high‐performance manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesImprove the performance and efficiency of mechanical and hydraulic press lines through Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.Design, develop, and release process flow diagrams, tooling requirements, and operating parameters for new product industrialization.Reduce tooling setup and changeover times using SMED methodologies to increase machine availability and productivity.Analyze and resolve quality and manufacturing defects in stamped components, including cracks, wrinkles, and burrs, ensuring compliance with critical tolerances and product specifications.Design and implement machine guarding, Lockout/Tagout systems, and additional safety devices to ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.Develop and maintain Standar...
