Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and associated building services systems. You will work within laboratories, offices and staff areas, responding to faults, completing inspections and supporting improvement works. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, contractors and the client to maintain service standards and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
Diagnose faults and complete repairs using drawings and manuals
Support electrical and fabric maintenance tasks where required
Complete inspections, testing and calibration of equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
