Engineer Trainee (rotational program for fresh graduates)

Role Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a Engineer Trainee, a Masters or Bachelor graduate with an Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree and maximum two years of work experience after graduation. As a trainee at Flowserve, you will work in two years time on four different projects at various departments throughout the company. You will work on optimizations of processes in interdisciplinary teams through out the organization and entire value chain.
