Position : Engineering & BOM Manager (Manufacturing/Electronics/Semicon) Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Manufacturing Key Responsibilities (Engineering-led 70%) Lead and coach engineering team conduct performance reviews Own BOM & materials governance: BOM accuracy, structure, alternates, obsolescence risk Drive ECO/EOL change control and ensure smooth implementation with stakeholders Maintain engineering documentation (drawings/models/NPI/SOP/WI) and audit readiness Partner with Production/QA/Supply Chain to resolve issues, drive RCA/CAR, improve yield & efficiency Ensure ERP/MRP master data integrity for BOM/routings/specs and standardise checklists/processes Work with suppliers on technical alignment, quality issues, and improvements Quoting / RFQ Support (30%) Suppo...
