A successful Engineering Design Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the Engineering Design Department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and profitability of all engineering projects. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledgef of telecommunications network structure; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with telecommunications design software; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
