Job description :
The Engineering Director is responsible for the technological vision and overall performance of engineering activities. They lead the development of complex products from design to industrialization, ensuring innovation, quality, compliance, and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the technological vision and guide product architecture choices 

Lead and motivate multidisciplinary engineering teams 

Structure and optimize development processes (V-model, validation, prototyping) 

Oversee full product development through to production 

Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and product performance 

Manage budgets and optimize development costs
