Location: Toronto, ON
Hybrid: 4 days/week onsite
Hours: 37.5
Day-to-Day (D2D)
Define and drive architecture across multiple platforms and teams
Act as a technical leader/influencer (no direct reports)
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cloud-native projects
Partner with senior engineers on design + technical decisions
Stay hands-on with coding/design when needed
Improve and scale engineering standards, DevOps practices, and delivery
Drive system design incorporating AI/ML
Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Influence teams and stakeholders across the organization
 Must-Haves
Director-level / Principal IC experience (senior technical leadership without managing people)
Strong expertise in:
Cloud-native architecture
