Engineering Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer who is comfortable remaining tools‑based while stepping into a leadership role, managing on‑site engineering activity and supporting continuous improvement across engineering processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape working practices, improve procedures, and support a small on‑site team while working closely with contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, and electrical works.

Lead engineering compliance across the wider contract and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Audit engineering delivery and maintain compliance documentation and standards.

Manage contractors, including RAMS checks, subcontractor coordination, and specialist contractors.

Supervise and support one Maintenance Operative/Handyperson.
