Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Manage resources through providing guidance, mentorship, and support to aid team members in meeting project and operational commitments. Galvanising the existing team into a high functioning development team. Strategic Direction - Drive the evolution of the One X strategy in alignment with TFG board objectives. Includes extension of existing platform and technology stack and integration into Omni point of sale. Planning - Participate in the business requirements and specifications review with the designated product manager and providing feedback. Identify and liaise with all business stakeholders.
