Job Overview The Assistant Site Lead supports the Site Lead in the daytoday management of hard services operations at a GMPregulated pharmaceutical facility. The role focuses on HVAC and critical utilities, ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of contractual KPIs. The position carries defined sitelevel responsibilities and requires close coordination with the Site Lead on operational and technical matters. 24/7 standby support is required. This role demands a highly experienced HVAC and facilities engineering professional with proven financial management capabilities and leadership accountability. You must maintain critical pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with deep HVAC expertise while demonstrating strong business acumen in CAPEX/OPEX planning, the ability to hold teams accountable for results, and skill in balancing client satisfaction with JLL business objectives.
