THE POSITION

As Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for planning, leading, and successfully completing new product development projects. Projects encompass involvement and oversight of the entire product development lifecycle including concept, design, test, certification, production rollout, and ongoing support. To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate sound leadership, high level time management and organizational skills, and a results-oriented focus.

• You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience designing and/or managing development of electro-mechanical products
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing direct reports
