About The Role (your Why) As an Engineering Manager at Datacom, you’ll be at the heart of our Product and Technical Leadership team. You will oversee delivery capability for your squads, ensuring predictable, high‑quality outcomes, sustainable pace, and healthy, engaged teams. Working closely with Product Managers (what/why) and Principal Engineers (how), you will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, engineering health, and cross‑domain dependency management. This is a leadership role with a strong mandate to build capability, promote AI‑enabled practices, and foster inclusive, high‑trust team cultures that embody Datacom values.
