Engineering Manager

Branta Recruitment are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers, delivering high standards of maintenance, safety, and operational performance across a number of sites in the Hexham area.

This is a leadership role with primary responsibility for managing day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving a proactive culture of safety and reliability across all assets and systems.

You’ll work closely with on-site teams, contractors, and senior management to plan and deliver maintenance programmes, optimise asset performance, and ensure seamless site operations.
