Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role leads all engineering and maintenance operations across the hotel—responsible for the building and physical plant, with an uncompromising focus on safety, security, compliance, and asset protection.
YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT Managing Engineering Operations & Budgets
Oversees the hotel’s physical plant, including mechanical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
Ensures full compliance with all regulatory, building and safety standards.
Manages utilities (heat, light, power), identifying opportunities for energy conservation and operational efficiency.
