Job qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Has more than 5 years of experience in engineering operations
- Preferably with experience in property management and/or hotel industry
- With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..) is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Makati or Taguig
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible with engineering operations, vendor management, technical regulatory compliance, project management and overall property safety program and execution
