• Foster a stronger engineering culture focused on collaboration, accountability, ownership, continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Own engineering hiring, onboarding and organizational scaling as the organization grows
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality software in a scalable, sustainable and efficient way, driving continuous improvement of engineering processes and delivery effectiveness
• Own engineering capacity planning, risk and dependency management, with clearer ownership, escalation paths and decision-making practices
