Overview
This position is responsible for leadership and management of a group of Tooling Engineers and Tool Room Operation. The position is based in Tijuana, Mexico. The position will be responsible for the molds maintenance and repair and will lead efforts to improve their condition.
Responsibilities
The position will improve processes, lead and participate in projects, recruit and supervise engineers and technicians as well as assign personnel to achieve company objectives. This person will coordinate with internal and external users of our injection molds to jointly find the best solutions to improve mold’s reliability and condition of our molds.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- S. degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience in Molding Operations.
- Experience with Molds.
- Ability to provide effective leadership (technical and otherwise)
