Requirements
- Broad experience of software and cloud engineering in large, complex organizations ,
- Deep understanding of modern engineering practices (DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, CICD, Testing, Observability etc) and IT service management (ITSM) enabled by a modern engineering tooling ecosystem ,
- Hands-on experience with coding, and the ability to solve problems using common engineering tools e.g. GitHub/GitLab, Python, Java, Go, PowerBI, SQL, GitHub Copilot etc ,
- A passion for driving and delivering operational efficiencies ,
- Experience working for a large, complex organisation where decisions and actions are highly federated ,
- Solid skills in leading and managing communities of internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving the adoption of strategic standards and ways of working
