Job Purpose
As Engineering Programs Manager you will manage the planned and ad hoc aircraft maintenance, modification, and repair at outsourced Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities globally. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the agreed scope is delivered to required quality standards, within the approved Turn Around Time (TAT), and budget.
In this role you will:- Be accountable for governing, standardising, and continuously improving departmental Roles & Responsibilities and Work Instructions to ensure consistent, controlled execution of assigned events.
- Develop and implement internal audit plans to verify compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while driving effective Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) closure and continuous improvement to strengthen process integrity and minimise risk.
