Overview

United Wire & Cable, a GCG company, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Project Coordinator to support the execution of customer‑driven projects and ensure the seamless coordination of materials, suppliers, and timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage purchase orders to support project and inventory demand
• Follow up with vendors to confirm pricing, freight, and delivery timelines
• Expedite orders and proactively address delays, backorders, and supply disruptions
• Handle customs paperwork for cross‑border shipments, reconcile delivered parts with project records, and update clients with delivery information
• Audit packing lists, confirming order acknowledgments, authorizing accounting to pay supplier invoices, updating customer inventory records, and marking POs as shipped in Dynamics
