A successful Engineering Project Coordinator shall be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects and initiatives. This position focuses on coordination, communication, scheduling, and project support activities to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives. A Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, business leaders, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project execution, monitor progress, track risks and issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. They also work in partnership with one or more Project Analysts, who are responsible for reporting and dashboard management, ensuring project visibility and reporting accuracy across assigned initiatives.
