Due to continued and sustainable growth, supported with further investment we are seeking to appoint an Engineering Shift Manager to lead maintenance activities by developing and ensuring prioritisation of the factory maintenance plan. The position offers a large degree of autonomy with the ability to influence change at a senior level.
