Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an Engineering Specialist - Reliability. This is a hybrid position (3+ days on-site/week) that can take place out of one of our locations in Arden/Asheville, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Greenwood, SC. This role will require travel up to 25% of the year.
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability and performance of the ES AMER ARS PDCAD division. This role leads reliability strategies across product design, manufacturing, and field performance to improve robustness, reduce failures, and enhance overall system effectiveness.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.
