Engineering Supervisor (Product Engineering)

To drive new product introduction for PSBU (Cable Harness) leading a team comprising of Engineer and Asst Engineer or GETOur TeamCoordinate with GSM, Product Marketing, MIE/Process Engineering, Sourcing and All Manufacturing related departments' customers, Suppliers (Whenever applicable)What You Will DoProcess owner for multiple accounts& lead new product development for those given accounts through CFT via Product development cycle.Participate in customer call related to the project irrespective of time zoneReview VOC to determine the feasibility followed by developing the Concept / Technical SpecificationLead and guide the team in Design Reviews & participate in pFMEA, Design for Manufacturability reviews.Evaluate samples and remove constraints if there is any in case of new process coming in wayVisit customer along with GSM and Product marketing team to participate in technical reviewReview Drawings and specifications before release in systemReview proposed production process flo...
