Responsibilities
- Lead the duty shift to carry out daily technical support for laundry operations.
- Being the first person of contact for any technical issues
- Lead improvement initiatives (if any), troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain the handover – takeover technical log.
- Participate in bi-monthly continuous improvement projects reviews.
- Be versed with OLIVER troubleshooting framework – O bserve L ist I solate V erify E xecute R ectify
- Ensure that sufficient manpower is available for each operation day.
- Schedule and manage technical team’s work and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Plan and execute ad-hoc repair work or component replacement.
- Maintain engineering documentation standards E-MARS
- Initiate support from Kannegiesser SEA (if required) via E-mail, submitting initial findings.
- Submit weekly reports to Engineering management for review and endorsement. <...
