**Job Summary**
The Engineering Support Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight, maintenance, and strategic expansion of our 40+ high-power test cells and motor generator assets. You will ensure 98%+ asset availability, maintaining strict building code and EHS compliance, and aligning facility capabilities with our long-term product development roadmaps.
