You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for:
Your Role
Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
Project delivery planning and execution ownership
Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
Streamline SW Development process across multiple Scrum teams, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews across scrum teams and takes corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets.
Ensure proper work hand of between multiple scrum team across time zone.
