Engineering Technician

The City of Astoria is currently offering a great opportunity for a responsible, dedicated individual to join our Engineering Division team as an Engineering Technician. The Engineering Technician performs a variety of technical office and field tasks to support the permitting, design, construction, and maintenance of the City's infrastructure. The Public Works Department is comprised of Administration, Operations and Engineering divisions. The Engineering division performs all engineering and technical services for the City, including design work and contract administration for the city water system, sanitary sewer system, docks, streets, sidewalks, storm drainage and other public works projects.
