Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Watervliet Arsenal is an Army-owned and operated manufacturing center located in New York. It is the oldest, continuously active arsenal in the United States having begun operations in 1813. Responsibilities Monitors the status of large-scale facility and infrastructure projects to determine the program of projects is on track with planned schedules and compliant with organizational standards, requirements, and applicable regulations. Evaluates work requests for completeness of information, technical complexity, and urgency before processing them into project requests.
