Establish and follow-up with new program implementationPrepare reports, charts and other documentation required for engineering records and projects.Prepare and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding program launch deliverables and milestonesInvestment Cost justificationFollow up with new programs ensuring quality, productivity and equipment efficiency from start to program launch.Support implementation of engineering changes, quality improvements, continuous productivity improvements, cost reduction programs, and establish new methods or procedures.Mentor, coach and guide the engineering teamParticipate in recruiting of department personnel by conducting interviews as required.Develop good relationships with all levels of the organization.
