Drive front‑end yield analysis at wafer, lot, and process‑step levels to identify systematic yield detractors and improvement opportunities.
Perform cross‑site yield benchmarking across multiple fabs to identify performance gaps, best‑in‑class behaviors, and transferable best‑known methods (BKMs).
Lead and support yield‑focused business process optimization and transformation, including standardization of yield analysis methodologies, metrics, dashboards, and operating models across sites.
