- Handle EDI, ERA, EFT and Eligibility enrollments with insurance payers and clearinghouses.
- Follow up on pending enrollments and resolve rejections/issues.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation.
- Coordinate with billing teams, providers, and payers regarding enrollment status, rejections, and missing enrollments.
- Troubleshoot claim submission and remittance setup issues
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with EDI/ERA/EFT enrollments in medical billing.
